Data Report

The following is a data report sheet that my supervisor and I created. EMS agencies were asked to identify a Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinator (PECC) within their agency and the results were created into a report sheet. In this process, a lot of data was reported based on the agencies results which varied as I will explain below. On the data report sheet, you will visually notice the prevalence between last year's number of PECCs identified compared to this year's number which has been a great difference. For the certification and training, approximately 66% of the identified PECCs had pediatric training. The assumption would be 100% of PECCs with 100% of pediatric training, but the main goal of this project was to identify a PECC, and if they did not have specific training, that would be resolved in the near future. You'll be able to notice and compare a lot more data on the report sheet, as I only shared specific results.

In order to have created this data report, agencies' results were gathered, input to an excel spreadsheet, and transformed into a data report.

Data Report Spreadsheet

The following is a data report spreadsheet that my supervisor and I created. EMS agencies were asked to identify a Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinator (PECC) within their agency. My supervisor and I then input the results onto the excel spreadsheet. Using the results, we created charts to represent the data. We were able to create multiple data charts such as prevalence between the identified PECCs in 2017 at 21% increasing to 53% in 2018, certification and training levels where the majority of identified PECCs were certified as AEMT-Cardiac at 55%, and pediatric call volumes where the majority of agencies that did not have a PECC had a low call volume within the last 3 years. More results and charts are included below.

In order to have created this data report spreadsheet, we input the agencies' results into an excel spreadsheet.
